- What went wrong?

Now imagine that the fire department is the medical field. When a patient comes in sick and broken down, the crisis at hand needs to be addressed. After the "fire" has been put out, it's time to do some deeper digging. What went wrong? Where are the deficiencies and the toxicities that caused that fire in the first place? How do we deal with those? In my case, after coming so close to death during treatment, how do we put this person back together?
My goal in this blog is to share with you simple things you can do to improve your overall health. I particularly discuss the health benefits of specific foods. I live by the things that I share with you, so while I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, I know that what I tell you has worked for me.
When I talk about how I treat a cold or fight a flu, you can be sure my herbal medicine cabinet is stocked with all the things I recommend to you. This is one of many Beeingwell blogs out there.
